Your therapist will take a thorough history of your condition followed by a holistic physical examination and movement analysis. Following this, your therapist will determine the most appropriate plan of care to help you achieve your goals and begin treatment.

    Preventative Care & Wellness sessions are designed to keep you moving at your best and reduce the risk of future injuries. Following a detailed assessment of your movement patterns, strength, and mobility, we identify potential functional deficits and address them proactively.

    This approach helps improve performance, enhance resilience, and correct imbalances that often lead to pain or breakdown over time. Whether you’re an athlete or simply want to stay active, preventative care is an investment in long-term health and consistency.

  • Post Operative Evaluation and 22 x 60 minute follow up sessions - $5300

    The standard 12 week post operative package includes an initial evaluation session followed by 22 follow up sessions. Follow up visits follow a cadence of 2 per week. Secure this package deal and save $500.

    Recover from surgery with the same standards and techniques used to support professional athletes, thoughtfully adapted for individuals who value exceptional care, precision and positive outcomes. Example schedule outlined below:

    Week  1:  Comprehensive Post-Surgical Assessment (1 x 60 minute Initial Evaluation).  

    In the immediate post-operative period, our priority is safety, making you comfortable and providing clarity for the rehabilitation ahead. We assess the surgical site  to ensure optimal healing with no signs of infection. We will review all post-operative precautions, address safe ways to move around your home and answer any questions you may have about the upcoming 12 weeks and how we'll meet your goals. 

    Weeks 2 - 4:  Guided Early Recovery (6 x 60 minute sessions)

    As your healing progresses, we introduce controlled and safe movements, while carefully managing pain and swelling. Early strategies are implemented to preserve muscle mass and relearn how to activate the stabilization musculature of your joints, thereby setting the foundation for a smooth recovery. 

    Weeks 5 - 8:  Intensive Restoration Phase (12 x 90 minute sessions)

    This is a pivotal stage in your rehabilitation. Session length and frequency increase to provide a higher level of hands-on care. We focus on restoring range of motion, improving the neuromuscular control and stabilization of your joints, refining movement quality and rebuilding confidence through progressive evidence based rehabilitation. 

    Weeks 9 - 12:  Strength, Stability and Control  (8 x 60 minute sessions)

    With normal mobility returning, we shift towards developing full joint stability, full-body strength and efficient movement patterns. This phase bridges rehabilitation with performance, preparing your body for higher-level demands. 

    Weeks 13 - 18:  Return to Activity and Performance (not included in package)

    At this stage of your rehabilitation journey, as strength and movement continues to advance, visit frequency typically tapers to 1-2 visits per week. The focus shifts toward a gradual and confident return to sport specific training or lifestyle activities,  with increased independence in your training. 

    Elevated Care, Built-In Value

    During weeks 5 - 8, session duration increases from 60 to 90  minutes and visit frequency increases from two to three per week. This provides an additional 90 minutes of expert care each week for four weeks - representing $1,500 in added value, included as part of the package.

    Some surgeries require temporary movement restrictions during early tissue healing. In these cases we maintain a refined cadence of two 60-minute sessions per week until tissues are ready to progress. The intensive 90-minute rehabilitation phase is preserved and introduced when clinically appropriate.
